Create healthy and delicious dosas which are packed with protein. Make your breakfast a high protein breakfast and kick start your day. 

It’s the perfect way to complete your daily protein intake.

SUGGESTED USE:

STEP 1: Mix contents of this pack with 320ml (2¼ cups) water. Stir to a smooth batter.

STEP 2: Lightly grease a hot flat non stick pan/tava with coconut oil. Pour 75ml batter in centre of hot pan. Spread batter in outward circular motion to get a thin dosa of around 20cm in diameter.

STEP 3: Sprinkle few drops of coconut oil all over the dosa and fry till golden brown. Fold and remove. For next dosa, wipe hot pan with a wet cloth one time. Repeat step 2 onwards. Serve hot with any chutney or sambhar.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Store in a cool and dry place, free from moisture, humidity, sunlight & dust.

INGREDIENTS: Rice flour (45%), Black gram dal flour, Soy protein isolate (Soy) (20%), Hydrogenated vegetable oil (Palmolein oil, Sesame oil), Salt, Acid (Citric acid), Raising agent (Sodium Bicarbonate), Fenugreek seed powder, Acidity regulator (Sodium acetate).
