Helpful Guide Book

This fit forever guide book gives us great and valuable insights in world of nutrition and fitness. Also, it has a meal plan which is good to follow but not for Indians as so many products mentioned in it are either not available in India or not budget-friendly.

Need modification

In this ebook diet plan needs little bit changes because buyers from small towns sometimes can afford protein supplements but can’t afford-or not available  avocado like items on regular basis. Diet should be according to Indian food which is easily available specially during covid-19 period. Buyers can be from villages to small towns to metro city.
