The taste is also great. I've tried a few different whey protein powders in the past, and some of them have been pretty chalky or bland. But this one has a really nice, natural flavor. It's not too sweet, and it doesn't have any artificial aftertaste.

Nice little add-on

The booklet is generic information about exercise, suitable for someone looking to explore new types of exercise. Not sure how someone with a workout plan would benefit, but it's a nice touch to give this free with purchases on the site.

Correct Description of the Title

It explains well about the deficit and quantities. It emphasis the importance of choice of food with a sample meal for a week makes it special. Being an Elite Trainer and familiar with the terms such as TDEE and BMR along with the practicality with the simple calculations mentioned makes it easy for a layman to follow. Initially you will be juggled with the proportions and calculations but once you practice I am sure you will be the next to explain. Kudos My Protein for the Snacks and the E Copy.

good informative ebook but food/recipes  are mostly English, was expecting it to have Indian food. little dissappointed as there are lot of apps sharing the same information.

This book is very basic but has all the nutritional knowledge and workout with rep ranges, and how to perform guide. It teches you how to make your diet chart also .
