Simple Guide for basic Understanding of Calories and Macros. Correction Required

The guide is simple and easy to follow. However, they need to make a small correction in the Step 3 of Master Macros.  This is incorrect -  YOUR GOAL TDEE – YOUR PROTEIN AND FAT CALORIES THEN X 4 = CARBOHYDRATES IN GRAMS This is correct -  YOUR GOAL TDEE – YOUR PROTEIN AND FAT CALORIES THEN (divide by) 4 = CARBOHYDRATES IN GRAMS

good informative ebook but food/recipes  are mostly English, was expecting it to have Indian food. little dissappointed as there are lot of apps sharing the same information.

Very basic book

This book is very basic but has all the nutritional knowledge and workout with rep ranges, and how to perform guide. It teches you how to make your diet chart also .
