INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Protein contributes to the growth & maintenance of muscle mass, so to reap the benefits of this product we recommend adding 30g (approx. 1 scoop) to 250ml of water or milk, consume 30 minutes before and/ or after your exercise.
