Basically a POWDERED Instant Oats
5I was surprised by the powdered state. Smells good. taste is a lot better than the standard instant oats. and best of all, a QUICK BREAKFAST in this "Work from Home" situation.Goes Well With:Mixed well with water, makes a thick smoothie. Yet to try with milk.
