5I consume half a scoop before workout and one and a half scoop after workout. This is the best protein I have ever had. Totally in love with it. It's good
4I have tasted many brands from international to Indian. This is first experience with my protein. Mixability of the powder is great. Taste is also very good if compared with other brands (no chemical aftertaste). Effectiveness is yet to be noticed, so update the review after 8-10 weeks. Price is relatively cheaper as compared to other international brands. So my protein wins this round. Overall a very good product. But results will tell the reality. Goes Well With:Water, milk

5This review is for the cookies and cream flavor Taste = 5/5 ( i prefer it on a slightly sweeter side) the cookies and cream flavor has a coffee taste with caramel and dough . Mixability= 4/5 there is formation of foam in both the WPI and WPC versions but not a big issue, Mixability is overall very good but i was able to spot few tiny unmixed grains(not many) . Effectiveness= its light on the stomach and doesnt give any stomach pain or burps , fill you up after consuming it which is an indicator of good protein.will update my review after 3 months. Goes Well With:water

4its a very good product all the things are topnotch but some poor management ideas and steps might fail this brand in Asia. 1.price hike is the main reason 2.unavailability of many flavours 3.product being sold out for so much time 4.they don`t have any product restock notification system,i insist this should be added ASAP overall the product is awesome,with proper diet and exercise
