Add 7-10oz of water or milk into our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add 30g, shake and consume. Use just before bedtime for optimum results, but can also be taken between meals or 2-3 times a day.

Does the work
I've ordered the same last year but feel like the taste has drastically gone down. It doesn't feel like the quality it once was. I've given 3 for Mixability because I have not tried experimenting with it much.

I've been using this protein powder for more than four months and happy with the result. Nice consistency and great protein. Low in calories, carbs and great protein count of 21g per 25g serving. Myprotein has always provided me great results. Vanilla Cream and Mango Alphanso is my personal favourite flavour.
