amazing night time protein
5I am a type-1 diabetic since last 10 years, this protein did not impact on my fasting sugar, make sure to drink it before 40 minutes before bedtime. it will give you gas if you dont eat a lot of veggies. so keep your diet healthy and take it. Goes Well With:add some strawberries or one banana and blend it together with the protein.

Best caesin in the market
5Great choclate taste. After some time, the protein forms Michelle and becomes thick. Super consistency and good mixabality

Slightly hard to mix
4Quality of MP is literally so good !! But the issue with this casein is this is very hard to mix with water or with milk, Apart from this fact everything is just fine.
