5As mentioned it is good to take before bed. I take it with milk just before bed nd get up refreshed. No digestion issues. Hope unflavored one will be available in 2.5kg pack.

2taste wise-I find muscle blaze's casein much better, though it has few more carbs than this. this is also okay, has a chalk like texture. you'll feel slightly more full than in whey. Got the 2.5kg pack at 3300 so for that price its okay.Goes Well With:water, almond milk

2Effectiveness - Very good. Good at repairing tired and broken muscles throughout the night. Taste - Poor taste since it is unflavoured. Mixability - very poor mixability with both milk and water. Overall, didn't like this casein in this unflavoured pack.Goes Well With:Doesn't go well with both milk or water
