Suits my body

I have used whey protein before, but for some reason that did not suit well to my body, thought of giving a try to vegan on and it's working wonders for me.

Worst Tasting Protein yet

Been using my protein since 6 years. This is the worst Tasting Protein I've consumed in my life. I recommend going for the isolate instead. I purchased 2 bags of 2.5kg each. 😭 Should have returned it but I started using after the return period lapsed. The protein also stinks real bad. Which is unusual. Mostly protein powders that taste bad atleast smell decent. Lot of people around me been complaining that the protein powder I'm using stinks really bad.

Goes Well With:

Cold water. Helps to gulp it down. Milk didn't help with the taste.

Best vegan protein ever used

This is my 2nd purchase of plant based vegan protein from Myprotein and it has turned out to be the best for my gut health, my recovery. No bloating or too sweet without compromising on the taste

Goes Well With:

Almond milk

Easy to digest

Easy to digest. No heavy feeling or bloating like I get when I take whey. Recommend for people who have problems with dairy.

I always buy Vegan Protein Isolate (Mango) from MyProtein

I love the vegan protein (mango). The taste is very good, but could be better, so I hope someone at Myprotein is listening. Mixability is good, though there is a heavy taste and you can feel the powder but it doesn't bother me. Seems effective, that's why I reorder. The one negative is that its very very expensive, so I only order it when there's an offer like Buy 1 Get 1, otherwise I use different vegan brands. They really need to bring prices down A LOT. Thanks for listening! :)

Goes Well With:

Plant based milks. I use Soy or Almond milks.

Unflavoured whey isolate far easier to consume than this.

I always go for unflavoured options because of higher protein concentration and no added sweeteners to pick the healthiest possible one. I’ve tried impact whey isolate unflavoured and it tastes and feels like water, very easy to consume. But unfortunately my experience with soy protein isolate is the opposite. It’s extremely thick and paste like and has such weird taste that it was extremely difficult for me to gulp it down my throat. I wanted to try plant based protein and bought a kilo of this, which I’m instantly regretting. Idk about other flavours, but unflavoured soy isolate is a big no no, especially when taken with just water. I’d prefer whey isolate instead, any day. No complaints with that.
