Chocolate Protein Muffins
These chocolate protein muffins are so light and fluffy- perfect for an on the go snack of sweet treat without the tons of added sugar! What’s more, you can forget the long preparation these muffins take 5 minute to prepare and only 8 minutes to cook!
Here’s what you’ll need:
3 scoops of Impact Whey Protein
25g melted coconut oil
30g of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
15g of honey
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
Add three scoops of Impact Whey Protein into a bowl and mix with 30g of cocoa powder.
To the mixture stir in one whole egg, 15g of honey and 50g of low fat yogurt or Greek yogurt.
Melt 25g of coconut oil in the microwave and add to the muffin batter. Stir in 30g of chocolate chips.
Place 8 muffin cases into a muffin baking tray.
Add a large spoonful of muffin mix to each muffin case until all the mix has been used.
Place the tray in the oven and allow to bake for 8 minutes.
Remove the muffins from the oven and allow to cool.
Now enjoy one of your light and fluffy chocolate protein muffins!
