Micellar Casein is a slow release protein, providing 24g of protein per serving. Forming a thick gel of micelles in the stomach, Micellar Casein enables a tapered release of amino acids. This makes Micellar Casein the ideal protein supplement for between meals and before bed, ensuring a constant stream of muscle rebuilding amino acids. Containing 6.5g of BCAA’s and 5g of glutamine per serving, Casein Elite is the premium option for any athletes looking for a prolonged release of protein.
