The Hot & Cold Gel Pack is a reusable, multi-purpose gel pack for the relief of muscular and joint aches and pains. Helping to alleviate pain from sports and exercise, the gel pack is ideal for those looking to use hot and cold therapy to treat injuries at any stage.

Cold Compress
1. Place gel pack in freezer for at least 1 hour.
2. Remove from freezer and wrap in the fabric sleeve provided.
3. Carefully apply gel pack to the desired area. Leave in place for no longer than 20 mins.
3. After use return to freezer for future use.
Hot Compress
Boiling:
1. Bring a pan of water to boil and remove from heat.
2. Place gel pack in water for 8-10 minutes.
3. Remove gel pack from water, wrap in the fabric sleeve provided and apply to the desired area.
4. After use, allow gel pack to cool and place in freezer for future use.
Microwave:
1. Lay gel pack flat in microwave and heat at full power (750w) for 1 minute.
2. Remove from microwave and check for desired temperature (this will continue to rise slightly). If additional heat is desired, return to microwave and heat in 30-second increments.
3. Once desired heat is achieved, remove from microwave, place in the fabric sleeve provided and apply to the desired area. Gel pack may be re-heated after one hour.
4. After use, allow gel pack to cool and place in freezer for future use.
Do not heat gel pack in the microwave for more than 2 minutes at one time. If heating from frozen, heat initially on high for 75 seconds, followed by 10-second increments until the desired temperature is achieved. Watch gel pack while heating. If the gel pack starts to expand, turn off the microwave. Microwave instructions are based on 750-watt power, please adjust accordingly. Excessive heat may cause the gel pack to rupture and leak. If this should occur dispose of pack immediately.

I am using it for aprox 2 month now it is of very good quality product stay cool for longer time as compared to other gel based cool pack and its belt is also of very good quality and very usefull.i use it after workout on joints area which are paining

Excellent product for any sort of back pain. It provides relief to any sort of muscular pain. I have used it after my back training and it helped me out get relief from the pain. Highly recommended product.

I use this gel pack mostly cold on my sore muscles. The gel holds the temperature very well. As indicated it can be used for 20 minutes at a stretch which is roughly the duration the pack can hold temperature close to 5 deg which is usable as a cold pack. when in freezer the gel turns semisolid but still flexible which helps in shaping the pad properly for maximum contact area with the skin. The fabric is soft and skin friendly. Overall a good buy for the price. Of course one can make an ice pack at home as well. This is just an alternative where you do not have to use your ice cubes which may find better use in a milk shake.
