Might taste a bit strange initially but gets normal after 2-3 servings. Works great for those, not able to fulfill daily protein requirement in their regime. Its my second purchase and definitely see a huge difference in strength and impact. Goes Well With:Water/ Protein shake.

I have been a regular user of my protein products now, good results I must say. The taste is not that great but it does the job. I actually bought this to improve my recovery since I was doing strength training, doing job and studying for competitive exams. Usually I take this intra workouts, also I mix creatine for good and heavy workouts. (Make sure to hydrate yourself, add little bit of table salt for insance pumps) Hope this review helps. You can sense the serious effect and punch of it in muscles if you are putting down serious muscle work. Dont buy if you not giving 100%. Tried Pink grape fruit. Aroma was not good.Tasted like medicine for a week and then got used to it. Goes Well With:Water 250ml
