Absolutely love this
4I struggle to eat meals throughout the day which puts tremendous strain on my workout goals. This has helped me keep a good, nutritious intake without the stress. This has a slight grain to it but if you let it sit for 5 mins in between mixing (milk works best) then it's a fantastic shake. Currently using vanilla which tastes really nice

4Blends well, no powdery taste like other brands. Perhaps not sweet enough for me - but my protein toffee flave drops or chocolate flave drops soon sort that!
