5You will have to take it in juice or milk. Cannot be taken in water because tastes awful in water . Goes Well With:Juice- i tried apple and orange juice

5I recommended my protein to others and now everyone is importing this protein. Therefore, Govt. triple the import tax on it.Goes Well With:water (if want to reduce weight), Toned milk (want to maintain weight). Cream Milk (want to increase weight)
