  1. Grab a shaker and fill it with 300-400ml of cold water.

  2. Add one scoop of Cola Bottle Clear Whey to the water, fasten the lid and shake for 15 seconds until fully dissolved.

  3. Pour the Clear Whey into a glass of your choice and top it up with a splash of diet lemonade and some ice.
