5I started taking this gel tablet 3 weeks back. Can see the effect in skin and body. As directed, take it between any two meals. I prefer to take after lunch. No bad burps. And there is no bad taste. Would suggest to keep this in your daily diet for a healthy body.Goes Well With:Water

5Very Good nice one, I was more confused when I ordered the product and had thought its one another same like other products in the market. Finally once started to have.
