Ingredients
- 2 small cooked beetroots
- 120g frozen berries
- 1handful spinach
- 1 small piece ginger
- 1 small piece turmeric
- 1scoop Impact Whey Isolate
- 1tbsp. hemp
- 100ml soy milk
- 2tbsp. kefir or live yoghurt
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth. 
- Pour into a tall glass to enjoy immediately or into your shaker to take with you on the go.
